  • If your order total exceeds PKR 10,000, we offer free delivery anywhere in Pakistan.

  • Once your order is confirmed, we aim to process and ship it within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, with most orders arriving within 3-7 business days.
  • Please note that during peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.), delivery may take slightly longer.

3. Order Tracking

  • After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which can be used to monitor the delivery status.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. If you are located in a remote area, delivery times may be extended slightly.

5. Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability to receive the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
