1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- A piece is missing from your order.
- Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In their original packaging with tags still attached.

3. Conditions for Exchange
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Missing Pieces: If an item is missing from your order, we will send the missing item without any extra charges.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for items that:
- Have been used or worn.
- Are returned after the 7-day window.
- Were purchased during a sale or clearance (unless they are defective or damaged).
5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- For defective or damaged items, Zero Clothing Pakistan will cover all shipping costs related to the exchange.
- If an incorrect item was shipped due to our error, we will also bear the return and reshipping costs.
6. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for your exchange to be processed. We will notify you once your new item has been dispatched.
